Newport Christmas market
This year sees the return of the popular Newport Christmas Market thanks to Newport Now BID and Newport company Green Top Events.
Throughout December there will be multiple festive stalls on Commercial Street, in Friars Walk, and at John Frost Square. Markets will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the run-up to Christmas.
Christmas shoppers can enjoy a range of festive treats, as well as handmade goods and crafts from numerous traders.
Cotyledon’s food and craft market, at Tredegar house
You can enjoy a traditional Tredegar House Christmas in Newport this year with yuletide tours, festive trails and stalls. Because Cotyledon’s food and craft market will be returning just in time for some Christmas shopping!
There’s a variety of stalls full of local produce and the market is the perfect place to collect some unique Christmas gifts.

Belle Vue Park Markets
Belle Vue Park has a number of events this Christmas courtesy of Belle Vue Tea Rooms. Firstly, there’s the two-day Christmas market on Saturday and Sunday December 4 and 5 from 11am to 4pm. The market will feature stalls by local artisan foodies, makers and creators selling hand crafted gifts and treats.
In addition, there’s the exciting Polar Express-themed Santa’s grotto.

Caerleon Festival Christmas Market
Held by the long-running Caerleon Festival, Caerleon’s Christmas farmers’ market will be held in the town hall.
There’ll be a host of great local vendors to choose from, both regulars to the annual market as well as some first-time traders.
